Our seasoned R&D facilities are situated in Cabuyao, Laguna where lab testing and in-house research are conducted, while independent 3rd party tests have certified our products meet the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 guidelines. 

If you live in Hong Kong, we offer shipping free of charge for all orders above HK$2,000. For all orders under HK$2,000, shipping fee is HK$200 per item.

At Fabrics & Co., we are committed to delivering best quality of products and guarantee that every purchase meets our rigorous standards. With that in mind, returns are only accepted for products if there is (i) a change of mind or (ii) the item(s) received is incorrect.

All returnable items must be returned in their original packaging—unopened, unwashed and in a resaleable condition. Products on sale cannot be returned.

If the above conditions are met and you wish to return an item, please do so within seven (7) days of your order delivery date by contacting us at support@fabrics-co.com. Once you are notified that your return is being processed, please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for us to process the return. 

All charges applied to returning any goods shall be borne by the customer. 

If you would like to return our product(s), please contact us at support@fabrics-co.com as soon as possible (and in any event no later than seven (7) days from your order delivery date).

Please provide all the details that may be pertinent to the return process, including the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, why you would like to return, and photographic evidence. 

Note: Fabrics & Co shall not be responsible for the cost of shipping returns or replacement items. If we were not informed via email prior to returning a product(s), your return will not be processed.
